After two years building Spacestation Gaming in partnerships, socials, and other areas, I was appointed Chief Operations Officer. I managed seven departments, 13 employees and 50+ players and streamers.

 

July 2019 - Oct 2020

  • Managed all seven departments including Partnerships, Merch, Content, Team Houses, Finances, China Team, and Community

  • Coordinated and created the direction, voice, branding, and marketing directly with the CEO

  • Created and updated the P&L and budget of org

  • Co-managed teams and streamers with the GM

  • Scouted all PR opportunities

  • Sought out and managed relationships like Twitter, Instagram, Zoomph, etc

  • Coordinated all legal docs, contracts, and visas for players

  • Instigated and managed team and player morale

  • Monitored internal comms

  • Attended all events surrounding the industry

During my time running operations, Spacestation Gaming:

  • Hired 6 employees

  • Expanded a team into China

  • Signed 30+ players and streamers

  • Grew monthly merch sales by 250%

  • Got in-game skins in Rocket League

  • Grew our tiktok from 0 to over 200,000 followers

  • Launched a partnership with Hot Wheels and Tanner Fox

  • Won over $1,000,000 in prize money and a World Championship
